House rules Mas del Rey Boutique B&B

*The minimum stay at our B&B is 2 nights. *Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. *The B&B is accessible 24 hours a day. *Third parties are not allowed to use the B&B. Visitors are not allowed to stay or spend the night at the B&B without the owner's permission. *Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, in the common areas, or anywhere else indoors. Other guests on the terraces must not be disturbed by this. Smoking is only permitted at the picnic table by the pool. Please ask for an ashtray to extinguish cigarette butts. Please be very careful with fire due to the risk of fire. *The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please read the hygiene rules for the pool before entering. *Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. *Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the latest. Different times are available upon request with your host. *Guests can park their cars in the parking spaces within the B&B gates. Parking is at your own risk.

For safety and hygiene reasons at the pool, the following rules apply:

- take a shower before entering the pool

There is no supervision here. You are responsible for using the pool.

- the water is 160 cm deep at the lowest point and 190 cm at the deepest point.

- smoking at the pool only at the picnic table.

- It is not allowed to eat at the pool due to hygiene and vermin.

- please dispose of waste immediately in the appropriate bin (no cigarette butts)

- Be social and don't reserve sunbeds. Towels will be put aside if they are misused.

In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, the B&B is entitled to terminate or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part, without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, civil unrest, strikes, boycotts, disruptions to the energy supply, traffic, or transport, government measures, shortages of raw materials, natural disasters, and all circumstances, including exceptional weather conditions, the death of one of the owners or immediate family members, etc., under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be expected of the B&B.
