Cancellation policy
We always recommend that you take out good travel insurance.
It may happen that the holiday has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, the booker or their representative must report this in writing. In most cases, a cancellation or change will incur costs. In addition to the booking and other costs, the following applies: • In case of cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 15% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation from the 60th day to the 31st day before arrival: 75% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation from the 31st day to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.
Cancellation by Mas del Rey Boutique B&B:
In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Mas del Rey Boutique B&B is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation: A. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions to the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, B. death of one of the owners or immediate family members, etc. under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be required of Mas del Rey Boutique B&B. This also applies in the event of termination of business and/or sale of the property.
Changes: If a guest wishes to change an agreement, they can do so up to 30 days before arrival. The booking may not be cheaper after the change than the original booking. Change fees may apply for these changes.
Instead: If the entire reservation is transferred to a third party, the booker must notify Mas del Rey Boutique B&B in writing. Amendment fees will be charged for these changes. Amounts already paid are considered paid by the transferring party. The transferring and the transferee must arrange this between themselves.
